Hello Mountain View Parents & Guardians,

We look forward to the 2019-2020 school year!

Please know that we are both available to answer any questions and or concerns you may have.

As always, please have your child's current medication available for the first day of school and as needed during the school year.

All medication must have a doctors order and be updated each new school year.

Please refer to Mount Olive School District medication policy.

New students and transfer students must have a current physical exam and updated immunization record before attending school.

The physical exam must be within the 365 days of the start of school.

PRE-K students must have a FLU immunization yearly until they reach 59 months of age.

Lastly, please contact the nurses with any altered health status changes to your child 's health.
