2ND FLOOR Youth Helpline
2ND FLOOR is a toll free helpline to assist youth with daily life challenges, concerns, questions, decision making etc. Professional staff members and trained volunteers are available to help young people seek further help within their families by talking to a parent, guardian or other relative. The goal of 2ND FLOOR is to strengthen communication and mobilize support within families. This helpline is meant as a prevention tool, before issues turn into crises. The helpline offers a way to relieve some of the pressures that affect young people today.
