About us

Tinc Road PTO is a non-profit 501c(3) organization comprised of parents, teachers and staff working together to foster cooperation between home and school in order to provide the best educational opportunities for all children. The PTO relies on donations from the community to provide curriculum enriching programs, teacher grants and low-cost family activities throughout the year.

All parents and guardians who have a student enrolled in Tinc are automatically a member of the PTO. Participation is not required, but highly encouraged. Students love seeing our faces at events and take great pride in knowing the person(s) running the events. It is a lot of fun and extremely rewarding!

The Executive Board is comprised of elected volunteers running the day-to-day operations of the PTO. Each position has its own responsibilities as outlined in the by-laws, but the main function of the board is to act as a liaison between the school officials and the general membership (parents and guardians). The board organizes committees comprised of volunteers to assist with school programs, organize school assemblies, host fundraising and family events, and show support to teachers and staff throughout the year.

We are excited to be able to host in person events this year and have a lot of fun ideas planned. We cannot do any of this without our volunteers.
